I give up...I cannot possibly manage three separate blogs (once a developer, always an optimist) so I'm consolidating the Customer Empathy and TechIntent blogs as categories within this blog. (Maybe sometime in future they can be their own team blogs.)
I just love following technology for the developing world. I was in Mexico and Guatemala for 7 weeks this past November so this story is near and dear to my heart. And price does matter. Simplicity too. In Quetzaltenago, lodging with a great family, one-on-one Spanish lessons 20 hours a week, and 3 meals prepared for me set me back $75 USD per week so you can imagine not everyone has the greatest, latest PC and high-speed broadband access at home.
It's exciting to hear about truly disruptive technology, business models, and thinking that are a win-win for customers and companies alike. And it's always fun to shake up the telco and computing industry.
BTW, I like Jim Louderback's viewpoints too and this is his new blog.
