First spotted this meme over the weekend on Ross Mayfield's site. Then again today on a search for the book "Future of Work" on Technorati (one result here). Following links led me to a creative variation that had emerged.
Fascinating how ideas flow and expand and adapt and morph.
So this was easy since there was only one book handy besides my journal:
1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 23.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal along with these instructions.

Hmmm, taken out of context and just focusing on this sentence alone made me consider...I wonder if we crave connection and proximity with other people more than we imagine we do.
