Just now in my RSS reader from FastCompany. They insert quotes from past articles daily into their feed:

A product must be a story that begs to be told within the just-right hive. Constrained by the word "product"? Substitute "message", "blog", "my resume" or whatever you have to offer and "customer" with whom you want to reach.
